We recommend that the buyer, before receiving and paying for the shipment from the post office, check on the spot whether the shipment is not damaged. In case of extensive damage (torn packaging, deformations and other extensive damage), we recommend not accepting the shipment.
In the event of a complaint, the buyer will send the claimed goods to the address of the company's headquarters. The package must be properly packed and should contain: the claimed goods including accessories, a copy of the invoice, a description of the defect and the buyer's contact details - return address, phone number. number, e-mail. Send the goods either as a package or as a registered letter. When sending goods by cash on delivery, this shipment will not be accepted. Claimed goods must be delivered clean and mechanically undamaged.
The cost of transporting the claimed goods from the buyer to the seller is paid by the buyer. We do not refund postage and other fees.
The seller pays for return shipping after processing a valid claim.
In the event that a product defect occurs during the warranty period, the customer has the right to have the defect removed.
In the event that the defect in the goods is irreparable, the supplier will replace the defective product with a new one or, upon agreement, with a product of a different type, with additional payment or a refund of the price difference.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

– natural or excessive mechanical wear

– contamination of goods or their parts due to maintenance neglect

- using the goods in conditions that do not correspond to the temperature, dustiness, humidity, chemical and mechanical effects of the environment in which the goods are normally used

– external influences, e.g. by falling or impact, ingress of water into electrical parts

– by tampering with the goods by an unauthorized person (non-professional repairs or modifications)

– overvoltage, e.g. when struck by lightning

– when using the goods contrary to the operating instructions

- mechanical damage - torn, cut, heat-damaged goods, goods damaged by careless disproportionate physical handling, intentional scratching of product layers, etc.

The warranty also does not apply to damage caused by a natural event, natural disaster, violent damage, weather conditions, or operation in extreme and unusual conditions.
